Does OnArk create duplicate profiles in PCO?
No. OnArk matches on existing PCO People records (email + name) before writing anything. If a person is already in your database, we update their record; if not, we create them with the right fields populated.
Which PCO products does it integrate with?
People (Workflows, profile fields, custom fields, lists, household). That’s where next-steps data lives. We don’t touch Services, Check-Ins, Giving, or Calendar — those have their own tools.
What happens to DISC and spiritual gifts results?
They’re written to the custom profile fields you set up in PCO. Result type, ministry recommendations, and the date taken — all in the PCO profile your pastors already open.
Can I trigger different PCO Workflows based on test answers?
Yes. Set conditions on any field — a DISC result, a spiritual gift, a yes/no question — and route the person into a specific Workflow. Pastor-shepherd for one result, leadership-track for another.
Do guests need a Planning Center login?
No. Guests enter an email and OnArk handles the PCO sync invisibly. They never see Planning Center.
How long does the integration take to set up?
