What does 'free until you publish' mean?
You can build your entire growth track in OnArk — create classes, invite your team, test it with your staff — without paying anything. The clock only starts when you publish your first class to your congregation.
What counts as a 'check-in'?
A check-in is when a guest enters their email and starts a class. Multiple visits to the same class by the same person within 30 days count as one check-in. Returning later for a new class is a new check-in.
What if we go over our monthly check-ins?
You're billed for overages at the per-check-in rate shown on your plan ($0.60 / $0.40 / $0.20). No service interruption, no surprise plan upgrades — just a small overage line on your next invoice.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. We pro-rate the difference and apply it to your next invoice.
