What is Branding?

The Branding settings let you customize the visual appearance of your church's guest-facing class pages. You can upload your church's logo and icon, choose brand colors, and pick button and banner styles. All changes apply to every class your church has.

Navigate to Admin → Settings → Branding to access these settings.

Live preview

The right side of the Branding page shows a live preview panel that simulates what a guest sees on a class page. As you change colors, logos, or styles, the preview updates instantly. Use this to verify how your branding looks before guests see it.

Church icon

The Icon is a small square image used as the browser tab favicon for your class pages.

The icon also appears in the top-left corner of the admin portal to indicate which church you're currently editing.

Specs: aspect ratio 1:1 · recommended dimensions 100 × 100px

How to upload an icon

Church logo

The Logo is a wider image displayed in the navigation header at the top of every class page. A rectangular logo fits the space best, but square or circular logos also work.

Specs: aspect ratio 3:1 · recommended dimensions 300 × 100px

How to upload a logo

Button colors

Buttons appear throughout your class pages (the Next, Back, and branch option buttons guests interact with).

Button color

The background color of primary buttons (e.g., Next). Click the color swatch to open a color picker with preset colors and a custom color input.

Button text color

The text color used on buttons. Click the color swatch to open the color picker.

Button style

Choose the shape/style of buttons on your class pages:

Style 1	Square corners
Style 2	Rounded corners
Style 3	Pill shape (fully rounded ends)

A preview of each style is shown next to the selection.

Banner color

The banner appears at the top of each class page. Choose the banner's background color using the color picker (same picker as button colors).

Choose the decorative pattern displayed in the banner area:

Option	Description
Style 1	Lines pattern
Style 2	Waves pattern
Style 3	Triangles pattern
None	Solid color banner with no pattern

Common questions

Do branding changes affect all classes at once?

Yes. Branding is applied church-wide and affects every class page for your church.

What file formats are supported for the logo and icon uploads?

Standard image formats are supported: JPG, PNG, and GIF. PNG with a transparent background is recommended for logos that need to work over different banner colors.

Can I remove the logo or icon after uploading?

You can upload a new image to replace the current one. Clearing the logo or icon entirely may require replacing it with a blank placeholder image.

Can I have different branding for different classes?

No. Branding is set at the church level and applies to all classes. Individual class-level branding customization is not available.
