What is the Guests page?
The Guests page is your church's guest database. Every person who has checked in to any of your classes appears here. Access it via Admin → Guests to view, search, and filter guest information along with their class submission data.
The guest list
The guest list displays all individuals who have completed at least one class. Each entry shows the person's name, class participation badges indicating completion status, and the most recent activity timestamp. The list shows 20 guests per page with pagination controls at the top and bottom.
Searching and filtering
Search
Enter text in the search bar to filter guests by name or email address instantly.
Filter by Show
The Show dropdown offers three options:
- All — displays every guest
- Guests only — excludes admin previews
- Admins only — shows only staff check-ins
Filter by date range
Use the Date Range picker to narrow results to a specific timeframe by selecting start and end dates.
Filter by class
Use the Class dropdown to filter to guests who participated in a specific class. When active, the matching class appears highlighted in each row.
Sort by
The Sort By dropdown provides:
- Recent (default) — ordered by most recently updated
- First Name: A–Z / First Name: Z–A
- Last Name: A–Z / Last Name: Z–A
Guest detail view
Click any guest row to access their full detail page, which displays:
Contact information
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (US format)
Check-in history
Each class appears as a separate section showing the class name, last updated timestamp, and a breakdown of completed sections with submission data.
Submission data by section type

File uploads include a download link, and guests with no submissions display "No submissions for class."

Common questions
How do I find a specific guest?
Use the search bar to locate guests by name or email.
Can I delete a guest record?
Individual deletion isn't available through the admin interface. Contact support for record removal requests.
What does "in progress" mean?
The guest completed the email step but hasn't reached the completion section.
Can the same guest appear multiple times?
A guest has one profile record per unique email address. However, they can have multiple check-ins — one for each time they started a class.
Why is a guest's name blank?
They may have entered only their email during check-in without completing the profile step.
Where do I download a CSV?
Use the Reports area to generate and download class-specific CSVs.
Can a guest retrieve forgotten results?
Yes. They can return to the class link and check in with the same email to access results within the 30-day window.
